We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Team Leader in our Transition to Work Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of services, ensuring operational compliance, and achieving financial targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Motivate and coach Mentors to provide an outstanding service to jobseekers.
  • Ensure the team achieves financial targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Similar experience within Employment Services.
  • Proven leadership skills and passion for working with people.
  • Experience in Transition To Work programs highly regarded.
