This role is pivotal to our success. As the Technical Services Leader, you will oversee a high-performing team of technical specialists responsible for delivering scalable, high-quality solutions that support ambitious growth plans.

Job Description

As the leader of this team, you will be responsible for creating and improving internal processes and policies related to technical services delivery. This includes mentoring team members to build capability and drive professional growth, applying a structured presales methodology across all products, and overseeing presales support to business development managers.

You will guide your team in delivering tailored software demonstrations and sales proposals, helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and enable efficient scalability in a rapidly growing market.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require senior experience in operational or presales leadership within a technology environment. Strong leadership, people management, and conflict resolution skills are essential, as well as excellent relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholders.

Deep understanding of technical software presales processes and demonstrated ability to improve conversion rates through presales engagements are also key qualifications for this position.
