Operational HR Support Specialist
">We are seeking an experienced professional to provide support on all aspects of operational HR across our Business Operations, paralegal, and PA teams nationally.
">This role will involve establishing and maintaining influential relationships with relevant stakeholders, ensuring excellent quality and coverage of HR advice and support.
">The ideal candidate will have:
">- A proven track record in providing HR generalist support in a professional services firm.
- A degree in Business majoring in HR or similar.
- Experience advising managers and senior stakeholders on HR policies and procedures.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of employment legislation and best practice.
- Organisational skills and ability to 'get things done' efficiently and timely.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
