Ice Rink Operations Leader: We are seeking a mature, friendly and positive individual to assume leadership over our ice rink operations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, have good communication skills and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely completion of the ice schedule.
  • Conduct regular Zamboni safety checks and ensure proper storage.
  • Support front desk operations as required.
  • Maintain ice surfaces in pristine condition.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Reside in Sydney, AU.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift at least 15 kilos and work in cold conditions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliability, initiative, flexibility and openness to constructive criticism.
  • Effective communication with patrons and coworkers.
  • Current first aid certificate.
