Job Title: Supervisor Lead

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor Lead to join our Gas Gathering team in the Surat Basin. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of contractor and subcontractor groups, ensuring that design, technical, and quality standards are achieved safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Safety Management: Ensure all work is performed in compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project, proactively mitigating risks.
  • Resource Coordination and Planning: Manage resources (in accordance with project timelines), including labor, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and inspect ongoing work to ensure it meets MPC Kinetic and client-specific quality standards and project specifications.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, reports, and ensure compliance with MPC Kinetic and client-specific management system procedures.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Preferable 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Trade qualification relevant to the field of operation of the position (or relevant experience where trade qualification does not exist).
  • Construction card.
  • Industry Safety Induction.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in planning, resource allocation, and managing project timelines and documentation.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders, conducting meetings, and reporting.
  • High commercial awareness.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
