Our organisation is looking for a skilled leader to manage one of our retail stores. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in managing multi-site or big box stores, with a proven track record of delivering profitable sales growth.
The successful candidate will have strong commercial acumen and the ability to monitor and manage multiple levels of performance, including sales and profitability, inventory and labour.
They will be confident and cool-headed under pressure, able to persevere in the face of inevitable setbacks and stay focused on what they can control.
We are seeking someone who takes personal accountability for the in-store experience and upholds our brand to the highest standard, while also being committed to growing their team through regular coaching and feedback.
