Assetlink is a leading Australian-owned facilities services provider, serving over 1,200 customers nationwide. Established in 1993, we specialise in providing standalone cleaning and security services or tailored integrated solutions to businesses across various sectors.

We are seeking suitably qualified and experienced Casual Retail Security Officers to join our team at Erina Fair Shopping Centre in NSW, Australia. As a key member of our onsite team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our clients' retail sites.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have the ability to take ownership of their service delivery. A current NSW Full Security Licence, Apply First Aid Certificate, and Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Certificate are essential requirements for this role. Previous experience in Retail Security is highly regarded but not essential.

A competitive salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.   • A current NSW Full Security Licence
  • Apply First Aid Certificate
  • Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
  • Previous experience in Retail Security is welcomed but not essential
  • Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
  • The confidence and ability to take ownership of the service delivery of which comes under your control
  • The ability to complete reports using various platforms
  • Excellent presentation, well-groomed and corporate appropriate
  • High-level problem-solving skills
  • Ability to respond to emergency situations
  • Valid work rights in Australia
