Job Title: Surface Mining Operations Dump Truck Driver

Gold Fields is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dump Truck Driver to join their Surface Mining Team at St Ives Gold Mine.

This role requires the incumbent to be residential in Kambalda or Kalgoorlie, with a bus provided to and from site daily for those residing in Kalgoorlie.

As a key member of our team, you will drive surface mobile machinery to recover ore and ensure targets are met safely and timely following operational standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong focus on safety and must always act in a manner that enhances the safety culture and performance of our company.

  • Ensure safe working practices and adherence to Vital Behaviours
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets
  • Provide reliable and accurate operational knowledge to minimize downtime and potential loss of production
