About the Role:


We are seeking a skilled Defence Communications Specialist to join our Marketing and Communications Team. As a Defence Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of internal and external communications to keep employees informed and engaged. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating communication channels, drafting and editing content, and contributing to building a positive workplace culture by sharing important updates and achievements.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Support the delivery of internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged
  • Coordinate communication channels, including drafting and editing content
  • Contribute to building a positive workplace culture by sharing important updates and achievements
  • Support the delivery of external communications, including drafting key messages and coordinating external communications

Requirements:



  • Recent graduate or early in their communications/marketing career with a relevant tertiary qualification
  • Eager to learn and dive into hands-on roles
  • Eligible for Australian Defence security clearance
