Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Truck Tyre Technician to join our team in this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Remove and install truck tyres, including OTR and earthmoving tyres, using appropriate tools and equipment
  • Ensure correct tyre selection and fitment according to vehicle specifications and customer requirements
  • Inspect tyres for defects, wear, and damage
  • Perform puncture repairs, retreading, and balancing
  • Rotate tyres to ensure even wear and extend tyre life
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in truck tyre fitting, specifically with heavy vehicles such as trucks, road trains, OTR vehicles, earthmovers, and cranes
  • Proven experience working in a B2B environment, servicing commercial clients
  • Proficient in using tyre fitting tools and machinery
  • Knowledge of various tyre brands, tread patterns, and specifications
  • Ability to diagnose tyre-related issues and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Valid manual driver's licence (essential)
  • Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing Technology or equivalent (highly desirable)
