The OpportunityWe have a permanent full-time opportunity for a Labourer to join our field crews. This role offers a rewarding remuneration package, including regular overtime, and the chance to work with state-of-the-art equipment in the water renewal space.
Responsibilities- General labouring, including site preparation and onsite support
- Operating plant and equipment in pipeline renewal, including cleaning and assessments, pipe lining, junction cut and seal, and flow management
- Associate civils, including manhole/pit alteration with rehabilitation
- Valid driver's license
- OHS Construction Induction Card (White card)
- Ability to work on sites across Canberra and surrounds, with some travel away work in Regional NSW
- Good work ethic and positive work attitude
- Strong focus on safety
- HR or MR license, Confined Space Entry, and Working at Heights licenses are desirable but not essential
- A safety-first mindset where the health and wellbeing of our people is our top priority
- On-the-job training and continuous development opportunities
