Disability Support Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate support worker to provide high-quality care to individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and light household duties
  • Provide mobility assistance and transportation to appointments
  • Participate in goal setting and reporting changes in health or behavior
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure individualized care plans are met

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Home and Community Care, or Disability
  • First Aid certification and screening check
  • Minimum 12 months experience in similar role or from nursing and care services background
  • Valid driver's license and reliable car
