About the Position

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure a thorough understanding of relevant legislative requirements, including the ESOS Act and National Code. This involves timely reporting to government agencies, managing student release requests, and monitoring visa compliance.

This position requires coordination and administration of various tasks, as well as providing specialist advice on legislative, regulatory, and quality assurance matters. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing international student release requests and discontinuation of enrolment
  • Monitoring student visa compliance and reporting to government agencies
  • Coordinating foreign and financial aid programs, and international finance obligations

To be considered for this position, you will have;

  • A degree with subsequent relevant experience, or extensive experience leading to specialist expertise or broad knowledge in an administrative field
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret policies, procedures, and systems, and apply them effectively
  • Ability to set priorities, monitor workflows, and deliver outputs in a timely manner
  • High level proficiency in computer software packages, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service focus and solution-oriented approach
  • Demonstrated depth or breadth of expertise developed through extensive relevant experience and application
