Early Childhood Educator

Job Description:

As a dedicated educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the foundational years of children's lives by creating a warm and stimulating environment that supports their development, curiosity, and love of learning.

Our childcare centre is committed to providing high-quality early childhood education, empowering children to thrive and succeed in their current and future environments.

You will work closely with a team of professionals to plan and deliver engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF and NQS. You will build meaningful relationships with children and their families, observe and document learning, and contribute to a culture of respect, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  1. Cert 3 in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA assessed equivalent
  2. Valid and current WWCC
  3. An understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant state and national regulations
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  5. Holds current and up-to-date Mandatory reporting, first aid, and Food handling certificates
  6. Full Australian Working Rights
