Lead the Orange Branch to Success

A seasoned Branch Manager with exceptional Key Account management and leadership skills is required to lead the Orange branch to continued success. The ideal candidate will nurture the branch's growth by ensuring production and sales targets are met safely, while maintaining and extending the customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence
  • Deliver EBITDA results and build internal stakeholder relationships with leadership and the branch network
  • Develop team capabilities through tailored development plans
  • Drive revenue growth by promoting customer-centric service and building key client relationships
  • Champion safety by ensuring the team maintains the highest standards
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the steel, building material, or construction industry
  • Branch Management or a senior Key Account Management role
  • Demonstrated full P&L management
  • Proven change and continuous improvement experience
