Planogram Retail Merchandiser Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Planogram Retail Merchandiser to create, build, and maintain quality point of sale displays in store.

  • Creating and maintaining quality point of sale displays in store is essential for this role. Display management includes setting up new products at the correct retail price, updating product information, and reorganizing existing displays.
  • Effective communication with store teams about additional promotional space for a variety of products from leading brands will be crucial.
  • Reporting tasks and good photos daily via our StoreTrack App helps track task completion and provides visual evidence for retailers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Display Management: Create, set up, update, and organize displays throughout the store.
  • Manage inventory levels by ordering or requesting necessary stock.
  • Communication: Discuss display opportunities with the store manager or team to arrange promotions.
  • Reporting and Monitoring: Use our digital app to document completed tasks and any issues that need attention.
Requirements:
  • Supermarket retail experience is highly desirable but not essential; relevant skills and willingness to learn are more important.
  • A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle is required for some areas of the job.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Must be available on Wednesdays and Thursdays (a minimum).
