Early Childhood Educator Trainee Position

Welcome to Milestones Early Learning Elderslie, where we're creating a new pathway for individuals wanting to start a career in early childhood education.
We offer a unique opportunity to work in a centre of your choice while studying to earn your Certificate III in ECE. This trainee educator position is ideally suited to people who want to gain industry experience and relevant qualifications at the same time.
As a trainee educator with our company, you'll be part of a national organisation that truly values and rewards its team members.
You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced educators and develop your skills in delivering high-quality early childhood education and care. Our dedicated coaches and mentors will support you every step of the way as you progress through your career pathway.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a current Working with Children check or be willing to obtain one. You should also have access to reliable transport to and from the centre. Additionally, you'll need to be willing to commence a traineeship through our Affinity Learning Academy.
In return, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $35,000 to $45,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. You'll also receive additional benefits, including:
