Job Title: Field Service Supervisor

This role oversees the tasks of all supervisors and tradespeople involved in field service, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and handling warranty claim procedures.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, meeting customer needs effectively and fulfilling business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing supervision and direction to team members.
  • Undertaking planning requirements to ensure utilization of labour and resources.
  • Coordinating field service technicians on a day-to-day basis in relation to customer and business needs.
  • Processing and responding to warranty claims as per company processes.
  • Development and training of field service personnel.
  • Communicating clearly and working with all business lines to provide consistent service and support to customers.
  • Customer liaison and site visits as required.
  • Meeting KPIs and preparing weekly and monthly reporting.
About You:

You must be a local resident with previous experience in a mechanical workshop environment and trade qualifications. A minimum of 5 years post-trade experience is required.

A Certificate IV or Diploma in Business would be advantageous but not a requirement.

You have a strong EHS management culture and a drive to achieve company targets and goals.

A positive and proactive outlook with excellent communication skills to ensure customer expectations are achieved.
