
Dedicated Speech Pathologist Wanted

Our organization is seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to contribute to the improvement of communication disorders and swallowing difficulties in individuals of all ages.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy sessions tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
- Assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients of diverse backgrounds and age groups
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to enhance communication skills and address challenges
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for patients
- Conducting regular therapy sessions with patients to improve their communication abilities
- Maintaining accurate patient records, progress notes, and reports
- Providing education and support to families and caregivers on communication strategies and techniques
- Staying updated on evidence-based practices in speech pathology

To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
- Good knowledge of speech and language development, communication disorders, and treatment approaches
- Experience working with diverse patient populations, including children and adults with disabilities
