IT Management Position

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to oversee our internal IT operations. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for leading large-scale projects and developing the organization's technology infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Management and maintenance of IT systems and networks.
  • Hardware management, including workstations, laptops, tablets, and printers.
  • Development and implementation of company-wide IT strategy.
  • Project management, encompassing both large and small initiatives.
  • Leadership and mentorship of all staff within the IT department.
  • Creation of comprehensive IT strategies for company-wide adoption.
  • Budgeting and financial management of the entire IT division.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends.
  • Provision of user manuals and in-depth documentation.
  • Offering consultation and insight to senior management and other departments.
  • Vendor management and procurement strategy.
  • Maintenance of robust cyber security measures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership and project management.
  • Proven track record in vendor management and consulting services.
  • In-depth technical expertise and understanding.
  • Certifications (e.g. CCNA, MCSE) are desirable but not essential.
