About the Role
HammondCare is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Specialised Care Workers. As a Specialised Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including assistance with showering, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
- Transport clients to appointments and assist with shopping
- Administer medication as required
Requirements
- Reliable and patient individual with a strong ability to build rapport with clients
- Previous experience in aged or community care is desirable, but not essential
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support is preferred, but not mandatory

- Competitive hourly rate of $29.56 to $32.45, plus 99c/km and paid travel time
