Project Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of engineering projects. You must have a strong background in industrial automation and controls, as well as excellent leadership skills to guide a multi-disciplinary project team through various phases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be a vital contributor to the bid team during the tendering phase.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop design specifications, select equipment and instrumentation, and take designs from conceptualization to implementation.
  • Coordinate and lead a project delivery team to resolve design issues, schedule constraints, and commercial challenges.
  • Formulate implementation plans for complex critical equipment installations.
  • Solve design challenges during site installation of electrical, controls, and automation equipment, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
Requirements And Qualifications:
  • Hold an Engineering qualification in Mechatronics, Computer Systems, or similar (or demonstrate equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in delivering engineering projects, preferably infrastructure or manufacturing related.
  • Confident on various PLC and SCADA platforms, with knowledge of industrial and process automation concepts.
  • Excellent numeric, technical, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong software development experience is highly regarded.
