About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Water Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Sydney or Newcastle. As a key member of our ANZ Water Infrastructure sector, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of water engineering.

Your Impact

You'll provide mentorship and support to junior team members, while taking on client-facing responsibilities, nurturing key relationships, and maximizing work-winning activities. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering engineering solutions with outstanding technical and commercial results across the water sector.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver engineering solutions that meet high technical and commercial standards, focusing on water and wastewater infrastructure design, treatment, and conveyance.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in their professional development, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, showcasing technical leadership and driving business growth through effective communication and relationship-building.

Requirements

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in chemical, process, environmental, civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
  • 8+ years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure design, with a focus on storage, conveyance, treatment, and emerging technologies.
  • Proven ability to work with multiple engineering disciplines, including those located internationally.
  • Extensive knowledge of industry standards, codes, and best practices, as well as construction/maintenance practicalities.
