Role Overview
">- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based clinical services and assessments to achieve better health outcomes for young people seeking primary care, mental healthcare, alcohol and drug services, and social, educational, and vocational support.
- Participate in a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive mental health assessments, case management, and treatment planning.
- Apply independent clinical judgment to complex decision-making under the supervision of a Clinical Manager.
- Support and lead the Intake and Assessment team to ensure timely and clinically appropriate intake and assessment services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">- Registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Mental Health Occupational Therapist, Mental Health Nurse, or Social Worker with AASW registration/eligibility.
- A minimum of 2-3 years post-qualification experience in mental health or relevant experience.
- Advanced knowledge and skills to undertake routine clinical practice with a superior understanding within the continuum of care.
- Well-developed judgment and evaluation skills demonstrating a working understanding of assessment and care planning.
