About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with expertise in Audio-Visual Integration to oversee the successful delivery of AV projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, including managing project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication while ensuring top-tier client satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities include:
  • Taking full ownership of AV projects from planning to execution, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, stakeholder communication plans, and risk management strategies.
  • Quickly and effectively resolving project challenges to ensure smooth execution.
  • Providing technical expertise in Audio & Video solutions, ensuring best-in-class installations.
  • Monitoring project profitability, margins, and resource utilization.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry advancements and sharing insights with the team.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • At least 3 -5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in Audio-Visual, Video Conferencing, and Unified Communications solutions.
  • Knowledge of LED Video Walls, Microsoft Teams rooms, DSP, racking and knowledge of AV construction processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Experience with delivering on project management fundamentals of Time, Cost and Quality.
  • A qualification in AVIXA, CTS or a project management PMP or Agile certification would be beneficial.
