Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Operations Specialist to join our dedicated administration team.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional financial management skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end processing of weekly payroll, including allowances, terminations, and Award updates;
  • Administration and reconciliation of employee leave entitlements;
  • Superannuation processing and monthly reconciliation;
  • Analyse payroll data to identify and resolve system issues;
  • Manage the employment lifecycle from onboarding to termination, ensuring compliance with legislation;
  • Maintain confidential HR documents, policies, and procedures;
  • Assist with month-end and year-end payroll processing and reporting;
  • Accounts payable processing;
About You:
  • You will bring minimum 3 years' experience in a full-function payroll role;
  • Solid HR administration experience;
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills;
  • A mature, proactive, and team-focused mindset;
  • A sound understanding of relevant legislation, Industrial Awards, and pay structures;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines effectively;
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Current Queensland RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol);
  • Current Queensland RSG (Responsible Service of Gaming);
  • Current National Police Check;
Requirements:
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills;
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure;
