
Aboriginal Child and Family Services Coordinator

This role presents a chance to make a positive impact in the lives of Aboriginal children and families. It involves working collaboratively with other teams to develop and implement strategies that promote cultural safety and well-being.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience working with Aboriginal children and families, a strong understanding of cultural safety and trauma-informed practice, excellent coordination and communication skills, and an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate primary prevention initiatives to support children and families.
- Develop and implement localised policy, procedures, and strategic direction.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve common goals.
