Garden Labourer Role

Are you passionate about gardening and maintenance? We are seeking a skilled Garden Labourer to join our team and assist with various tasks related to garden upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with gardening tasks such as pruning, weeding, and mulching.
  • Operate hand tools and power equipment under the guidance of experienced team members.
  • Unload materials, plants, and equipment from trucks and trailers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, tools, and equipment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in landscaping or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • White Card.
  • National Police Check, or willingness to obtain.
  • Ongoing safety training programs available.
