Job Opportunity: HSE Professional

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional to lead the health, safety, and environmental initiatives on a large-scale industrial project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the project-specific HSE management plan to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and promote a strong safety culture.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to ensure a safe working environment across all project phases, including the design, construction, and operation of facilities.
  • Advise project leadership on HSE-related issues, risks, and strategies to minimize hazards and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards, and oversee incident investigations to ensure root causes are identified and corrective actions implemented.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualifications in HSE management.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of HSE management experience on large industrial or construction projects, with a proven track record of implementing and managing HSE systems in high-risk environments.
  • Experience with incident investigation, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, standards, and best practices, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
