Leading Hand Installer Role

We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand Installer to join our team and take on a leadership position in our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Effectively manage 1-3 landscapers, labourers and/or sub-contractors to ensure efficient construction progress.
  • Time and Material Management: Manage project timeframes and materials to progress construction efficiently.
  • Material Ordering: Oversee material ordering.
  • Training and Development: Participate in on-the-job training for apprentices and junior staff.
Requirements:
  • Trade Qualification: Trade qualification in Landscape Construction (Cert III or higher).
  • Licence: Current NSW Driver's Licence.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of structural landscape construction experience as a qualified tradesperson.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and hard-working individual with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail to lead by example, demonstrate initiative, and work positively within a team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their leadership skills, manage projects, oversee material ordering, and participate in on-the-job training for apprentices and junior staff.
