About the Role
We seek a skilled front-end energy and infrastructure project specialist to join our Construction and Major Projects team.
You will work closely with partners and colleagues on high-profile projects across sectors including energy, mining, transport, social infrastructure and water.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic advice on complex major projects;
- Advise on project preparation and negotiation of EPC, O&M/FM, TSI, BOP, D&C, PPP, joint venture arrangements, supply contracts, connection agreements and other ancillary construction and services agreements;
- Develop relationships with clients and stakeholders;
- Work collaboratively with the practice group Partners to drive practice growth.
Your Skills and Experience
- Demonstrable experience with major front-end infrastructure, energy and construction projects;
- An excellent academic record, coupled with strong legal skills and a practical, commercial mindset;
- First-class attention to detail and ability to comprehend intricate legal matters;
- A proactive approach and desire to be an integral member of our team;
- Strong organisational skills, with ability to assimilate information quickly and manage multiple priorities within tight timeframes;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence to liaise with clients and diverse stakeholder audiences.
