Job Opportunity: Speech Pathologist

We are expanding our multidisciplinary team and seek experienced Speech Pathologists to join us in making a positive impact.

No two days will be the same as we strive to provide a caseload that aligns with your experience and interests. Our team supports individuals of all ages and abilities, covering areas such as early intervention; feeding, language development, parent coaching; paediatrics, adolescents, adults, dysphagia, communication difficulties and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).

We work closely with a multidisciplinary team and have clinical and operational pathways for career progression. Your role will involve managing an allocated caseload and delivering timely therapeutic services, which may take place in childcare centres, schools, homes, or outreach locations.

  • Early Years caseload (0-5) – Early intervention and parent coaching (including speech sounds, language development, feeding, school-readiness).
  • School-aged children (5-18) – Literacy, social communication, speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding and AAC assessment and implementation.
  • Adults – Functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia and mealtime management, neurodegenerative diseases, stroke and acquired brain injury rehabilitation.
