Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the gaming room is always of a high standard in terms of cleanliness, customer service, lighting, and ambiance.
  2. Oversee daily gaming operations, including game management and equipment functionality.
  3. Supervise and support gaming staff and provide training and guidance to maintain high performance standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
  • Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
  • Food Handlers Certificate.
  • TAB Compliance.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage staff effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
