About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst to join our Supply Chain Finance team in Clayton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial and commercial support for all activities associated with DuluxGroup's ANZ Distribution & Freight remit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial inputs, forecasting & budgeting activities, and management reporting for the sites
  • Extract, manipulate and analyse large sets of data and narrate the results that helps drives action and resolutions
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of all data and information
  • Primary finance contact for our distribution & freight network
  • Provide the sites with insight and analysis on performance
  • Provide financial support for all annual stockades and fixed asset audits

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience (2-3 years) in the accounting field, preferably in the supply chain or manufacturing environment
  • Financial reporting experience
  • Experience in SAP, TM1 or other ERPs is preferable
  • Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport & influence stakeholders
  • CPA or CA qualification (or working towards it)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to investigate and create insights from data
