Job Title: Environment & Planning Specialist
Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced lawyer to join our team as an Associate in the Environment & Planning department. The successful candidate will have a strong background in environment and planning law, with experience in complex litigation and advisory matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support to litigation in the NSW Supreme Court & NSW Land and Environment Court.
- Advising on the front-end of planning matters, including briefing counsel and experts on planning proposals and DAs and providing advice on issues relating to planning law.

Requirements:
- Between 2-6 years post-admission experience in environment and planning law.
- A keen academic interest in the law, particularly in dealing with complex litigation and advisory work.
- A sound understanding of the planning framework in New South Wales and the litigation processes of the NSW Land and Environment Court and the NSW Supreme Court.
