Christmas Casuals Opportunity

This seasonal role will be part of a dynamic team working in one of our retail stores across Sydney.

As a Christmas Casual, you will bring energy and enthusiasm to provide an exceptional customer experience. You will be assisting customers with their queries, maintaining store displays, and supporting the team to achieve sales targets.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, has excellent communication skills, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and answering their queries
  • Maintain store displays and ensure they are visually appealing and well-stocked
  • Support the team to achieve sales targets by promoting products and services
  • Packing online orders and receiving stock deliveries
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive store culture

Requirements:

  • Availability to work on weekends, late nights, and public holidays during the holiday season
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of retail operations and procedures would be advantageous
