State Service Delivery Executive

As a State Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the presentation of service to customers, ensuring consistent product reliability, and leading a highly skilled service delivery workforce.
The role involves managing ongoing relationships with key customers, engaging with them to ensure all contracted service deliverables are met. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery, manage team performance, and promote new revenue streams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee service delivery processes to ensure effective, profitable, and high-quality service to customers
- Lead and develop a skilled service delivery workforce through regular meetings, reviews, and coaching
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including regular communication and issue resolution
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, reduce costs, and increase revenue
- Collaborate with sales teams to create and present quarterly reviews for allocated accounts
- Assist with implementations and provision of services, working closely with project management offices and professional services teams
- Promote new business opportunities and revenue streams

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prepare detailed reports and recommendations
- Ability to represent the company with credibility, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Proven experience in managing competing priorities under pressure and organizing complex matters within tight deadlines
- Demonstrated capacity to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on continuous learning and growth
- Sound knowledge of office, production, and industrial print and equipment
