Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Water Safety Professional to join our team at Whittlesea Swim Centre.

The Role

This position involves ensuring a safe environment for all patrons, conducting pool operations, communicating effectively with students of diverse ages, abilities and needs, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily pool operations to guarantee patron safety
  • Communicate efficiently with students and staff, including those with diverse requirements
  • Provide outstanding customer service and respond to patron inquiries
  • Work effectively independently and as part of a team
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings and weekends
