Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Senior .NET Developer to join our high-performing team delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation in a modern, cloud-first environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining continuous integration and delivery pipelines using Azure DevOps.

  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, functional) into delivery pipelines.
  • Plan and execute zero-downtime deployments with rollback capabilities.
  • Design and deliver business-critical .NET applications and APIs optimised for performance and scalability.
  • Optimise SQL Server performance including stored procedures and indexing.
  • Integrate solutions across Windows Server environments including MS Reporting Services and PingFed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Provide technical leadership, driving best practices in modern DevOps and software engineering.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with ASP.NET/MVC and .NET Core in enterprise environments.
  • Proven expertise in Azure DevOps, including build/release pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in blue/green deployments within production environments.
  • Advanced SQL Server skills, including performance tuning, optimisation, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong experience in Windows Server environments, MS Reporting Services, and PingFed.
  • Proven delivery in Agile enterprise ICT environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
