Job Title: Support Worker

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of care, empathy and dedication. As a support worker, you will be responsible for providing daily living support to clients with disabilities or aged care needs.

Your duties will include assisting clients with personal care, household chores, meal preparation and other activities as required. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for your clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing and grooming
  2. Prepare meals and snacks for clients
  3. Assist clients with household chores such as laundry and cleaning
  4. Provide transportation for clients to appointments and outings
  5. Maintain accurate records of client progress and activities
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Disability, Community Service, Individual Support, Age Care or willing to work towards the same
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • National Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • First Aid certificate and CPR
  • NDIS Workers Orientation
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Fully COVID Vaccinated with evidence
  • Current full Driver's license
