Delivering Success as a Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee new build projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, safely, and to the highest standard. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering commercial new build projects and possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
About the Role:- Manage projects from pre-construction to handover and defect liability
- Lead and mentor project teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain effective relationships with clients, subbies, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building specs, standards, and EHSQ requirements
- Successfully manage projects from inception to completion
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success
- Degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with MS Projects, Procore, and Jobpac (desirable)
