We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Device Sales Representative to serve as the primary interface between healthcare professionals in Victoria and Tasmania.

This role drives product sales growth, expands patient referrals, and fosters strong relationships with key medical stakeholders. Key Objectives:

  1. Increase sales at existing sites through strategic engagement and product education.
  2. Identify and pursue opportunities to open new sites within the territory.
  3. Develop the competence of treating physicians to enhance product adoption.

Expand Patient Referrals:

  1. Engage with a broader network of referring specialists, including oncologists, surgeons, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
  2. Identify and develop product advocates within key medical institutions.
  3. To leverage their expertise and influence, foster relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

Collaborate with Medical Departments:

  1. Work closely with hospital departments such as radiology, oncology, and surgery to ensure seamless product integration.
  2. Attend multidisciplinary team meetings to understand treatment decision-making processes and identify opportunities.

Convey Customer Needs and Provide Training:

  1. Act as a liaison between healthcare professionals and AustCorp Executive, communicating customer feedback and product needs.
  2. Provide comprehensive product education and updates to enhance customer understanding and confidence.

Qualifications:

  1. Tertiary degree in science or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, with a proven track record in hospital sales.
  3. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex clinical information effectively.
  4. Ability to work autonomously while being a team player.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  6. Completed AustCorp Executive's product training with a minimum score of 85%.
