About the Role

As a key member of the Super Retail Group team, you will play a critical role in driving commercial excellence across the organization. Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning & Analytics, you will be responsible for providing high-quality commercial business partnering, including the development of financial plans, forecasts, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop long-term financial plans to support profit creation and return on investment (ROI).
  • Develop financial plans, including budgeting and forecasting for the short term.
  • Owning and delivering the monthly program financial forecast and reporting process.
  • Delivering critical business, financial, commercial analysis, and insights to drive performance.
  • Analysing and recommending business improvement initiatives to drive cost reduction and margin improvements.
  • Building and maintaining effective partnerships with stakeholders and actively participating in meetings with relevant Senior Leadership teams to inform and present on Commercial deliverables.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A successful track record in a Commercial Manager / Finance Business Partner capacity.
  • Financial analysis and insights experience, including business case development for large-scale projects and benefits realisation.
  • Budgeting and reporting experience for projects.
  • Ability to identify issues and areas for improvement through proven analysis and financial modelling.
  • Commercial & operational focussed.
  • Desirable: Experience in using an enterprise planning tool (Anaplan or similar) and SAP (core Finance modules).
