Finance Solicitor or Senior Associate Opportunity in Sydney

Seeking a highly skilled Finance Solicitor or Senior Associate to join our leading Band 1 team in Sydney. As a key member, you will work closely with Partners Melita Cottrell and Adam Roberts on complex transactions, providing premium exposure to large and sophisticated finance matters.
About the RoleYou will have the opportunity to develop a network of relationships with major Australian listed companies, wholesale REITs, and financial institutions, including the major Australian banks. Our team's key clients include:
- Major domestic and offshore lenders
- Borrowers and sponsors

Key Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 3 years' legal experience in delivering technical advice on a range of finance matters
- Admission to practise in Australia or New Zealand
- An excellent academic record coupled with strong legal skills and a practical mindset
- A proactive approach and desire to be an integral member of our team
- Ability to work to tight timeframes, collaboratively and at times autonomously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate collegiality within a team
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at AUD $180,000 - $250,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes benefits such as:
