Securecorp Electronics Team

We are seeking a highly skilled State Operations Manager to oversee and manage our Electronics division within Victoria. This role is essential in ensuring the successful delivery of electronic security projects, maintaining operational efficiency, and driving profitability across the division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Manage State Operations: Oversee service coordinators and technicians, ensuring high standards in operations, quality, and safety are maintained.
  • Drive Productivity and Quality: Manage stock levels, job workflow in SimPro, and conduct toolbox meetings to drive productivity, quality, and compliance with current regulations.
  • Evaluate and Develop Service Technicians: Evaluate and develop service technicians through training and performance reviews.
  • Support Technicians and Clients Remotely: Support technicians and clients remotely, managing minor works and service quotes.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team: Collaborate with the sales team and assist with smaller projects.
  • Identify Emerging Technologies: Identify emerging technologies and potential solutions to enhance team performance.
  • Manage Contractors: Actively manage contractors and build new relationships to meet project demands.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • 5-7 years of senior management experience in the electronic security industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control).
  • Proven leadership with experience managing cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Strong financial and budget management, along with operational process improvement.
  • High proficiency in MS Office and experience in contract management.
  • Excellent people management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive results, ensuring compliance with regulations (OH&S, ISO standards, security licensing).
