We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sports Coordinator to assist the Director of Sport and Campus Supervision with the administration and delivery of the full range of sports programs.
Key Responsibilities- Organize, promote, and implement sports programs including personnel management, administration, and competition management.
- Assist with coordination of House sport carnivals and day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Liaise closely with students and parents regarding sports programs.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in sports management, sports science, or human movement.
- Experience working in sports, preferably in a school environment.
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR.
- Demonstrated experience in effective planning and implementation of programs, including budget management.
- Demonstrated experience in staff management.
- Experience in Strength & Conditioning is advantageous.
- Superior organisation, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong administration and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This role requires a professional who is passionate about sports and education. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing and implementing sports programs, providing excellent customer service to students and parents, and contributing to a positive and inclusive school culture.
