Retail Sales Role - Full-Time Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced retail sales professional to join our team at the adidas Homebush DFO in Sydney, NSW. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sport, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through effective visual merchandising and in-store communication. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting or exceeding store sales and individual performance targets by executing our Brand Customer Service standards
  • Maintaining established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards to drive sales and engagement
  • Processing merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenishing merchandising fixtures to ensure the entire product offer is represented on the sales floor

The successful candidate will possess a strong retail sales or customer service background, with a proven track record of success. They will be motivated, energetic, and passionate about achievement, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
