Pharmacy Support Professional

This is a support role for our pharmacy team at our state-of-the-art facility in Mount Kuring-gai. As a Pharmacy Support Professional, you will assist our team to ensure they can conduct their duties efficiently and timely.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and dispense prescriptions for allocated hospitals and clinics
  • Process PBS prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals as required
  • Support patient account processes and respond to enquiries and payments

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration, with confidence using Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with healthcare professionals
  • Familiarity with dispensing software packages or the ability to learn quickly
