Delivering Positive Social Impact as a Tenancy Manager

Community Housing Limited is seeking an exceptional tenancy manager to join our collaborative team culture. As a key member of our organization, you will contribute to a world without housing poverty by delivering high-quality tenancy and property management services.

This rewarding role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including government departments, clients, and relevant support agencies. You will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, addressing complaints, adhering to compliance requirements, and maintaining accurate property and tenancy data in all required systems.

Key to your success will be your genuine passion for supporting vulnerable people in our community. Your demonstrated experience in providing client-focused tenancy management services, solid understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act, and confidence in liaising with various stakeholders will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

To excel in this role, you will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work sensitively with a diverse customer group. Previous experience working on MS Office programs and a current driver's license are also essential.

**Essential Criteria:**

  • Demonstrated experience in providing client-focused tenancy management services
  • Solid understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act

  • Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a caring and empathetic nature
