This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and passionate leader to spearhead our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • To lead and motivate a team across multiple sites to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and create a culture of inclusion within the organization.
  • To utilize strong leadership or customer service background to drive results.
  • To employ high energy levels, a driven attitude, and initiative to work autonomously and build strategies that yield positive outcomes.
  • To have the ability to learn guidelines in a supportive environment and adapt accordingly.
  • To have proven experience in managing teams and/or multiple sites with a focus on team management skills and ability to create a value-driven culture from a leader's perspective.
  • To ensure team KPIs are consistently met and exceeded.
Essential Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in managing teams and/or multiple sites.
  • Ability to recruit staff, train staff, and perform team performance management.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
  • Interpersonal skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to use computer programs in an office environment.
  • A current Australian Driver's License and vehicle are required.
